Denkay Projects Limited is a multidisciplinary engineering and construction firm headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria, with project experience spanning the country and the wider West African region. Since 2010 we have delivered buildings, infrastructure and energy facilities for public and private clients, combining local knowledge with international standards of quality, health, safety and environmental performance.

Our integrated delivery model removes the gaps that open when design, engineering and construction are split across separate contractors. Architects, civil and structural engineers, MEP specialists and project managers work side by side within one organisation, sharing a single coordinated model and a single line of accountability. The result is fewer interfaces, clearer communication, tighter cost control and a shorter path from concept to handover.

We cover the complete project lifecycle — feasibility studies and site appraisal, architectural and structural design, construction and fabrication, mechanical and electrical installation, commissioning and post-completion support. Our civil and structural teams deliver foundations, reinforced concrete and steel superstructures, while our MEP division handles power distribution, lighting, HVAC, fire protection, water supply and drainage. A specialist hydraulic hose unit supports industrial and oil & gas clients with reliable fluid-conveyance assemblies.

Beyond buildings, we bring engineering rigour to the energy sector. Our oil and gas portfolio includes civil, structural and MEP support for processing facilities and refinery infrastructure, delivered with the safety discipline the sector demands.
